The Vineyard
Ninety eight percent of the grapes in this blend are from our Bismark Mountain and Alexander Valley Vineyards. The sharp eyed will note the dollop of Pinot Noir in the blend. Our Pinot of course is grown at our Slusser Road and Home Ranch vineyards in the Russian River Valley. Hence the wine is truly derived from all four Hanna ranches. Those visiting the tasting rooms who would drolly proffer more accurate but cumbersome monikers such as: "Predominantly Two Ranch" or "Two Ranch inter alia", be advised: Our tasting room staff has been advised to take no quarter in face of such presumptiveness.

Vintage Notes
Each Cultivar is made separately with a variety of winemaking techniques. This includes cold soak, a combination of pump over rack and return and punch down. All wines were pressed to taste and aged in a combination of European and American oak barrels. Blended cross vintage to maximize fruit flavors and suppleness. The Two Ranch was filtered prior to bottling.
