Corporate Event & Meeting Information

Our Alexander Valley Hospitality Center is available for corporate dinners and events. Our gorgeous Mediterranean style building features expansive mahogany windows, French doors, and Italian tile floor, all encompassed by a wrap-around veranda with panoramic views of the valley.

Rental Fees:

Half of the rental fee is required as a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The balance fee is due two months in advance to the date of the event, along with a security deposit. Rental fee is based on the number of persons attending, day of the week, and hours used. Fees generally range from $3,000.00-$5,000.00.

  • Hanna Site Coordinator
  • Hanna Hospitality Representative to help pour wines

  • Regulations:

  • 70 person Maximum
  • Hours of event: 6:00pm-10:00pm
  • Approved caterer
  • No outside amplified music
  • Rentals of tables, chairs, linens through caterer or rental company
  • Three case minimum purchases of Hanna wines is required, at a discount of 25%
