We miss pouring and paring for our local HANNA customers, so we’re bringing the pairing to you. Order your favorite HANNA wine, and we’ll provide the perfect cheese pairing. We are proud to be partnering with Central Coast Creamery, a family owned cheese producer down the coast located in Paso Robles.

Delicious, handcrafted cheese paired beautiful with HANNA wines is truly the perfect palate experince to enjoy in the comfort of your own house.

Goat Gouda

100% whole goat milk and goat cream and aged on pine wood for at least 5 months.  

This semi-soft cheese is ivory colored with a smooth mouth feel and the slightly grainy texture of an aged cheese.  Goat Gouda has a caramel scent and a slightly nutty, buttery, and sweet flavor.

Seascape

A blend of cow and goat milk. 

It is a semi-hard cheese with a slightly crumbly texture and a complex tanginess that make this cheese a true American Original.

Ewenique

100% sheep milk

This cheese has a brilliant velvety white paste and a delicate texture.  This extremely complex cheese boasts incredible sweetness and flavors redolent of salted caramel and fresh vanilla beans with a slight hint of citrus to contrast the savory qualities of the sheep milk. It comes across as sharp, nutty and resembles a Manchego.
