Join us for a decadent Wine & Chocolate Tasting Experience. Enjoy a specially curated tasting menu pairing HANNA wines with chef owned Volo Chocolate, locally made and hand crafted to complement wine. HANNA hosts Julia & Shelby will lead a fun filled pairing on February 17th, with plenty of time for questions and answers.

2021 HANNA Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc:
2020 HANNA Sonoma County Rose: Sakura pink in the glass, our 2020 Rosé oozes a panoply of vernal and summer delights: strawberry, nectarine and watermelon are in the fore followed by tea rose and crushed pomegranate. By mouth Bing cherry, blood orange and alpine strawberry flood the palate and the gossamer texture is complemented by a jicama like crispness.
2017 Bismark Moon Mountain Zinfandel: Bright Ruby, this wine has matured, developing notes of sage, bay, cherry and blackberry, coconut, and vanilla. Flavors are reminiscent of cherry, light amber maple syrup and dried Ancho and black pepper. It’s polished and juicy mouthfeel finishes with a crescendo of red raspberry fruit.
Notes from Volo:
70% Dark Chocolate Meyer Lemon & Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Our Newest Bar! We start with the same award winning recipe for our 73% Deep Dark Chocolate and add Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Gold Ridge Organic Farms along with candied Meyer Lemon made with lemons from our own trees! The result is an earthy dark chocolate with a crunchy, sweet & bright lemon pop.
73% Chocolate Orange, Dark Chocolate & Candied Orange Peel: We use Cacao (cocoa beans) from the regions of Lachua and the Polochic Valley, Guatemala, which are carefully roasted to bring out their rich flavors. It is then refined with Organic Cane Juice, a pinch of Cinnamon & Sea Salt, and molded into 2.0 ounce bars. We candy the orange peel ourselves using oranges from artist Cathy Shanahan's trees in Healdsburg, Sonoma County, CA.
73% Deep Dark Chocolate: This is our purest, darkest Chocolate. Its creamy texture has a balanced flavor that is rich, not bitter with notes of dark caramel, fudge + dried cherry. We use Cacao (cocoa beans) from the mountainous, tropical regions of Guatemala, which are carefully roasted to bring out their rich flavors. It is then refined with a pinch of Sea Salt, Organic Cane Juice and molded into 2.0 ounce bars
